What You Need For Leprechaun Bark

Here’s an overview of the ingredients needed to make this fun snack.
- Golden or Mint Cookies: These cookies add a crunchy texture and a hint of flavor to the bark. They can be either golden or mint flavored, depending on your preference.
- Stick Pretzels: Pretzels provide a salty contrast to the sweetness of the candy and cookies.

How To Make Leprechaun Bark
Alright, let’s get started on making this delicious leprechaun bark!
Laying Down The Base

First, you want to cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. This will make cleanup a breeze later on.
Now, spread out those broken cookies and pretzels onto the parchment paper. Make sure they’re evenly distributed across the sheet.
Adding The Chocolate

Next up, it’s time to melt those chocolate melts. Grab two containers—one for the white melts and one for the green. Pop each container in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes or until the chocolate is nice and melted.

It’s drizzling time Once your chocolate is smooth and creamy! Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie and pretzel mixture.

Get creative and swirl the colors and use a spatula to spread out the mixture evenly.
Time For Candy

Now comes the fun part—sprinkling on the candy and colored sprinkles! Don’t wait too long; you want to do this while the chocolate is still wet so everything sticks nicely.
Alright, once everything is sprinkled to perfection, it’s time to chill. Pop that cookie tray into the refrigerator and let it hang out until the chocolate is set and firm.

Final Touches
After some chill time, take the tray out and get ready to break it up! Gently break the bark into small, delicious pieces.
Store your Leprechaun Bark in a tight container to keep it fresh and tasty whenever those sweet cravings hit.
And there you have it—your homemade Leprechaun Bark is ready to enjoy!
