Leprechaun Bark Recipe

Our St Patrick's Day Bark is the perfect way to catch a leprechaun! This enticing treat is made with chocolate, pretzels, cookies, and candy. Who can resist?

Ingredients

  • 14 golden or mint cookies broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups stick pretzels broken into pieces.
  • 8 ox white candy melts
  • 8 oz green candy melts
  • 1 cup Skittles
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sour candies
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Spread pretzel sticks and broken cookies all over the cookie sheet
  • Place each color of chocolate melts in a separate container and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the cookies and pretzels. Use a spatula to swirl the colors and spread evenly
  • Sprinkle candy and colored sprinkles over the chocolate before it sets
  • Leave the bark to set completely. You can spead this up by placing the cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
  • Remove and gently break the bark into small pieces
  • Store in a tight container
