Leprechaun Bark Recipe
Our St Patrick's Day Bark is the perfect way to catch a leprechaun! This enticing treat is made with chocolate, pretzels, cookies, and candy. Who can resist?

- 14 golden or mint cookies broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups stick pretzels broken into pieces.
- 8 ox white candy melts
- 8 oz green candy melts
- 1 cup Skittles
- 1/2 cup rainbow sour candies
- sprinkles
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
Spread pretzel sticks and broken cookies all over the cookie sheet
Place each color of chocolate melts in a separate container and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted
Pour the melted chocolate over the cookies and pretzels. Use a spatula to swirl the colors and spread evenly
Sprinkle candy and colored sprinkles over the chocolate before it sets
Leave the bark to set completely. You can spead this up by placing the cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
Remove and gently break the bark into small pieces
Store in a tight container
