Ingredients You’ll Need

This Grinch-inspired board combines fresh fruits, cheeses, and deli meats to create a visually appealing and tasty snack. Adjust quantities based on the size of your board and the number of guests.
- 3-4 ounces of salami (for the Grinch’s “hat”)
- 1 cup of green grapes (base for the Grinch’s face)
- 2 ounces of cheddar cheese (to form the eyes)
- 5 ounces of ham (for the “beard”)
- 3 ounces of feta cheese (to create the white “trim” of the hat)
- 2 dark grapes (for the pupils)
- 1 candied cherry (for the nose)
- 2 small spruce branches (for the “eyebrows”)
- 1 red chili pepper (for the Grinch’s mischievous smile)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Creating this Grinch charcuterie board is delightful and straightforward. Follow these simple steps, and a festive snack board will be ready to impress your holiday guests.
Make The Face And Hat

Prepare the Feta Cheese: Start by cutting the feta cheese into cubes. These cubes will be used to trim the Grinch’s hat. Set aside some extra pieces to form the “pom-pom” at the top.

Arrange the Green Grapes: Place the green grapes in the center of your serving board. Scatter them randomly to form a round base representing the Grinch’s face. Adjust the arrangement until you have a clear, grape-covered area where the face will take shape.

Shape the Grinch’s Eyes: Cut out two triangular or almond-shaped pieces of cheddar cheese to make the Grinch’s iconic eyes. The cheddar adds a nice pop of color and perfectly contrasts with the green grapes.
Add the Pupils: Place a dark grape on each piece of cheddar to create the pupils, giving your Grinch those mischievous, watchful eyes.

Form the Beard with Ham Slices: Layer the ham slices at the bottom of the grape arrangement to create a fluffy “beard.” This gives the Grinch a full, rounded face and adds a nice savory touch to the board.
Make the Hat with Salami and Feta: Now it’s time to form the Grinch’s red Santa hat. Arrange the salami slices in a curved shape above the face, and then add the diced feta cubes along the bottom of the salami to mimic the white trim. Use a cube or two to form the pom-pom at the very top.

Adding The Final Details
Add the Spruce “Eyebrows”: Place small spruce branches above the eyes to represent the Grinch’s expressive eyebrows. This little touch adds a holiday vibe and gives the Grinch his famously grouchy look.
Create the Grin with Chili Pepper: Slice the red chili pepper to form a slightly curved shape, and position it below the eyes to serve as the Grinch’s crooked smile. This step completes the face, giving it the perfect amount of character and whimsy.
Add Final Details and Serve: Place the candied cherry in the center of the nose for a finishing touch. Give the board one last look to ensure everything is in place, and serve your Grinch to delighted guests!

Grinch Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 ounces salami
- 1 cup green grapes
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese
- 5 ounces ham
- 3 oz. feta
- 2 dark grapes for pupils
- 1 candied cherry
- 2 spruce branches
- 1 red chili
Instructions
- Dice the feta into cubes. Form a pompon of cheese.
- Remove some of the grapes from the branches and place in the center of a serving board. Arrange it randomly, just designate a spot for the face.
- Form the eyes from the cheddar cheese. You will need a circle with a 4-inch diameter. You can cut it out with a cookie cutter. Cut out the center of the circle about the width of your finger. You will have 2 sectors – the eyes.
- At the bottom of the plate, place the ham – the beard. Top with a hat of salami and feta. Arrange the eyes with pupils of dark grapes. Instead of eyebrows, use washed sprigs of Christmas tree. Now lay out the grapes to fill in all the gaps.
- Cut a mouth out of the chili and place it on the board. The Grinch is ready. Serve him to the table soon or use him for an edible gift. Merry Christmas!
