How To Make Our 4th July Fruit Salad

Prep the strawberries – Give them a good rinse, then slice them into quarters and toss them into a large mixing bowl.

Add the blueberries – Wash them well and mix them gently with the strawberries.

Make your apple stars—Slice up the Pink Lady apple and use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to create fun little stars. Dip each star into lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.

  • 1 Pink Lady apple sliced and cut into star shapes
  • 1 lbs strawberries quartered
  • 1 lbs blueberries
  • ½ cup lemon juice
