Yield: 30 truffles

- 16 ounce package Oreos
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 bags of light green candy melts
- 1/3 cup white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon red heart sprinkles
Line a cookie tray with parchment paper
Place cookies in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse in a food processor until fine.
Blend crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Freeze the truffles for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
Melt green candy melts and dip each ball until fully coated. Place back on parchment paper.
Drizzle with melted white candy melts.
Press two red heart sprinkles onto each truffle before the drizzle sets.
- Chill the truffle mixture well before dipping, so the balls will hold their shape when placed in the hot candy mixture.
- If the Candy melt mixture seems too thick, thin it with a small amount of coconut oil. Be careful, as a little goes a long way.
- Be careful not to overheat the candy melts—microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
- Always use dry utensils when dipping; even a single drop of water can cause the coating to seize.
