Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops

- 4 bananas
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles
Peel the bananas and cut them in half the short way.
Put a lollipop or popsicle stick into the bottom of the banana and push it in for about one inch.
Place bananas on a parchment lined baking tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, but make sure to check and stir every 30 seconds.
Mix in the coconut oil and let it melt. Stir well.
Dip each banana in the chocolate and sprinkle with toppings
Freeze for at least 2- 3 hours
