Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half the short way.
  • Put a lollipop or popsicle stick into the bottom of the banana and push it in for about one inch.
  • Place bananas on a parchment lined baking tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, but make sure to check and stir every 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the coconut oil and let it melt. Stir well.
  • Dip each banana in the chocolate and sprinkle with toppings
  • Freeze for at least 2- 3 hours
