Bunny Bait Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white almond bark
  • 4 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Robin Eggs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Place almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Do not overheat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the Chex cereal and pretzel sticks. Pour melted almond bark over the mix and stir until coated.
  • While warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Gently fold in the Robin Eggs and mini marshmallows.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and cool for 10 minutes.
  • Once set, break apart any large chunks and serve or package for gifting.
